Investment Services Staff Accountant

Due to internal promotions, the Christian Church Foundation is seeking an exceptional full-time professional to join our team. This position offers opportunities to develop relationships with investors, donors, and colleagues, while also serving in a traditional accounting role.

Responsibilities:

• Keep an accurate record of daily transactions and generate supporting documentation.
• Utilize financial software for data entry and to prepare general ledger entries.
• Provide accurate and responsive communication to investors, donors, and colleagues.
• Research transactions and generate custom reports.

Requirements:

• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively through email and phone.
• Ability to independently manage daily and monthly responsibilities and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook, with a demonstrated ability to learn customized software.
• Bachelor’s business degree, preferred. Equivalent financial experience is also considered.

Other:

• Position is based in Indianapolis.
• On-site position with potential for 1-2 days work-from-home.
