Matt Rosine became the Christian Church Foundation’s 4th president in its more than 60 year history. Before assuming the role of president, Matt served as president-elect and vice president for the Great Lakes zone, which includes Indiana, Ohio, Illinois, Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.

Matt has worked in all three financial ministries of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ). Before joining the Foundation staff in 2021, he served with Pension Fund and Disciples Church Extension Fund.

Matt has served Disciples congregations and ministries for more than 20 years. He is a graduate of Texas Christian University and obtained his Masters of Divinity from Brite Divinity School in Fort Worth, Texas. Matt is also a Certified Fund Raising Executive.

Matt and his wife, Cayla, are the parents of one child and they are members of Allisonville Christian Church in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Lori Lucas is the Foundation’s senior vice president, with responsibility for the organization’s personnel function, financial operations, budget and audit.

Lori joined the Foundation in 2002 after serving as an accountant for both Arvin Industries and the Indiana Department of Revenue. She is a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Global Management Accountant. Lori graduated from Indiana State University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.

Melinda K. Mains is the Foundation’s vice president of compliance and general counsel.

Melinda joins the Foundation staff with more than ten years of legal experience and decades of leadership in communications and marketing. Melinda earned her J.D., cum laude, from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. She also earned her M.S.W from the University of Georgia and B.S.S.W from Texas Christian University.

Joe Hartman is vice president of the Foundation’s investment program. He is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of investment services, serving more than 700 ministry partners who invest their ministry’s long-term money in the Foundation’s Joint Investment Trust.

Joe joined the Foundation in 2000. He earned both his Bachelor of Science and MBA from Butler University. Joe and his wife, Emily, are the parents of four children.

Christy Stratton is manager of gift administration, overseeing the administration of the Foundation’s charitable gift annuities and charitable trusts. In addition to her gift administration role, Christy supervises the Foundation’s accounts payable function and the administration of both the Oreon E. Scott Foundation and The United Christian Missionary Society.

Christy joined the Foundation in 2002 after graduating from Marian University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance. Christy and her husband, Travis, have three children.
